1. Our Service

Custom Song Lab writes original lyrics, composes original music, and records a sung vocal performance based on the story and details you provide. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Placing an Order

Orders are placed through our contact form or via Instagram DM. You are responsible for providing accurate names, details, and preferences. The more detail you share, the more personal your finished song will be.

3. Timeline

Most songs are delivered within 5–10 business days of receiving your complete story and any requested details, depending on complexity and current order volume. We'll always confirm an estimated timeline with you when your order begins.

4. Lyric Approval & Revisions

Before recording begins, we share the written lyrics with you for approval. You may request reasonable revisions to the lyrics at this stage. Once lyrics are approved and recording has started, further lyric changes may affect delivery time and may incur an additional fee.

5. Payment

Pricing and payment terms are confirmed with you directly before work begins. Orders are only started once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because every song is custom-made specifically for you, we're unable to offer refunds once lyric writing or composition has begun. If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Delivery

Your finished song is delivered to you as a digital audio file via email or another method we agree on. It's your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and back up your delivered file.

8. Usage Rights

Once delivered, you're free to keep, share, and gift your song personally — for example, playing it at an event or sending it to a loved one. Custom Song Lab retains the right to use the song for portfolio or promotional purposes only with your permission.

9. Respectful Content

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an order that requests hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
